Visibility is making all the options and materials visible to the user without needing extra effort.
This KFC architecture design seen in Figure 6.3 shows bad visibility in design. The structure with the "its finger lickin good" sign is too low and has block half of the menu from the customer's view. Customers will have to bend down in order to see the menu properly when they are queuing up, thus this makes the menu hard for the customer to see hence showing poor visibility.
